Norfinch Railing proudly completed the installation of railings for four distinctsitesdeveloped by the Horizon Group in Windsor, Ontario. Among these projects, phase one featured an impressive two-storey condominium that stood out in the area.
For this particular site, we provided and expertly installed our high-quality aluminum picket railing across all individual balconies, ensuring both safety and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we incorporated glass privacy screens on shared balconies, enhancing the residents’ comfort while maintaining an open and modern feel.
In total, we installed approximately 1,500 linear feet of durable aluminum picket railing, combining functionality with exceptional design to elevate the living experience in this new community.
We are pleased to announce our first project in Windsor, ON. Our responsibilities include the supply and installation of our standard aluminum picket railing system on all balconies and rooftop terraces, ensuring a high standard of quality and safety.
We installed approximately 800 linear feet of railing on this project, providing both safety and an aesthetically pleasing design to the surrounding area.
Norfinch Railing had the pleasure of supplying and installing an elegant allbalcony railing system for this lovely townhouse in southern Etobicoke. We chose a continuous handrail design featuring 6mm thick tempered glass panels to enhance both safety and aesthetics.
Considering the vibrant nature of the area, we thoughtfully selected acid-etched glass to provide an effective privacy screen for the railing, ensuring a serene and private outdoor space for the residents.
On this site, we provided and installed our standard aluminum picket railing on all balconies. The project consists of six six-storey condominiums, encompassing approximately 160 units.
Over the course of two years, we installed approximately 2,800 linear feet of aluminum picket railing. There were no delays on our part, as we acquired the necessary materials approximately one year prior to the commencement of the project.
We utilized our standard aluminum picket railing featuring 3-inch square posts. The railing is finished with a black powder coating, exhibiting a fine sand texture. The powdercoating material employed complies with the AAMA 2603 specifications pertinent to this project.
The scope of our work entailed the provision and installation of aluminum picket railing across all terraces in this townhouse development.
